Now you transition from participant to leader. What happens: You run your own trainings. You guide new people through the system. You track growth and set new goals. You’re no longer following the system. You’re leading it.
Why this changes everything: Leaders who can duplicate leaders create exponential growth. One team becomes two. Two becomes three. And your time no longer limits your income.
Measure: One full 31-person structure in motion or close and growing. Consistent results being produced. You’ve guided at least one new person through the system. This is where your leverage begins.
Intention for Weeks 7 & 8
The distributor now owns a real, self-duplicating team. They can run the full 8-week process independently and are ready to scale multiple Two Sponsor Two trees.

Measurable Success:
- Has at least one complete Two Sponsor Two tree (you + 2 + 4 + 8 + 16 = 31 active people).
- Multiple legs are independently running the training system.
- Earning consistent profit (costs covered + surplus) with visible team growth chart.
- Successfully guided at least one brand-new person through the full 8 weeks with little upline support.
- Fully independent: Runs meetings, accountability, and new sign-ups on their own.
This is a huge achievement in your Network Marketing Career. HUGE! It's a big deal. Very, very few people reach a point where their own developed team has reached a level of 3 down duplication. Your team and you have demonstrated sustainability. This is the long term goal of any networker. You are in the top 1% in this industry.
