SIMPLE ONBOARDING CHECKLIST (BY LEVEL)

🔴 LEVEL 3: BUILDER (Serious)

Each Level has a slightly different process on Onboarding.. Know what Level they want to play is step one and easy..... Just ask them!

  • No matter the level, everything should feel like:
  • “I can do this… and I can show someone else how to do this.”
  • If it feels complicated → it won’t duplicate
    If it feels simple → it spreads

  • Don’t hand them a checklist like homework.
  • You walk them through it.
  • Example:
  • Instead of:
  • “Here’s what to do…”
  • You say:
  • “I’ve got a super simple game plan—we’ll just go step by step together. First thing, let’s make your list…”

  • Compress time.
  • Most people:
  • Think too long
  • Wait too long
  • Lose momentum

LEVEL 1: CUSTOMER / CASUAL

Goal: Retention + light referral (no pressure)

Checklist:

  • Set up product subscription (if applicable)
  • Add to community (FB group / chat)
  • Share quick “how to get best results”
  • Plant the seed:
    • “If you ever love this enough to share, I’ll show you how”

That’s it. Don’t overbuild this. Most teams lose people by overtraining customers

LEVEL 2: SIDE HUSTLE (Extra $200–$500/month)

Goal: Get them into action FAST without overwhelm

Checklist:

  • Everything from Level 1
  • Give them 1 simple invite script
  • Make their contact list (10–20 people)
  • Have them send their first 5–10 messages within 24–48 hrs
  • Plug them into a 3-way chat or call with you
  • Set expectation:
    • “We’re just looking for your first 2 people”

Focus = activity, not perfection

LEVEL 3: BUILDER (Serious)

  • Goal: Create momentum + duplication immediately
  • Checklist:
  • Everything from Level 1 + 2
  • Position the mission:
  • “We’re building a team, not just making sales”
  • Lock in their “Why” (income / freedom / etc.)
  • Identify their Top 25 list
  • Set a 48-hour launch window
  • Do a Launch Call / Message Blitz together
  •  
  • Help them enroll their first 2 people ASAP
  • Immediately teach them:
  • “Now we do the same thing for your 2”
  • This is where duplication is born or dies
