"I Just Sponsered My First 2"

Weeks 1 & 2 

You go from “I’m not sure what to say to.... “I just sponsored my first two and I can show others how.” What happens? You learn the story, product, and simple presentation. You practice until it feels natural. You contact 10–15 people daily. You share the product consistently.

Why this matters: Confusion kills momentum. Clarity creates action. Your first two sign-ups build belief fast, prove the system works, and give you people to immediately train. 

Measure: Personally sponsor 2 active builders. Confidently explain the system without notes. This is where your business starts.

Intention for Weeks 1 & 2:

Become razor-sharp on the Duplication 2 x 2, down 3 deep system and personally sponsor your first 2 serious builders. Focus on speed, simplicity, and ownership from day one so duplication can start immediately.  Remember this is not only for you, but your new team whose going to be showing up quickly!

Key Teachings & Activities:

  • Talk with your sponsor/up line and share your vision for why your here and what do you want to accomplish.
  • Watch the video on the Company, the product(s) and the Compensation plan.  You don’t need to be able to teach it, just get the overview so you know what ahead!
  • Enroll you first 2 Brand Partners
  • Be able to explain visually the “You get 2, they each get 2, those get 2, those get 2 — that’s your paying team of 31. We copy this exact pattern every time.”

Skills and daily actions needed to successfully move thru this module

  • Master a couple of simple invite scripts.
  • Contact 10-15 people daily, share your invite and role-play sign-up until automatic.
  • Daily consciousness work: Visualize signing your exact, affirm:
  • “I easily attract and sponsor          committed builders.”

Measurable Success:

  • Can explain and the 2 x 2  down 3 deep system without notes
  • Personally  sponsored 2 active, paid Brand Partners who are plugged in the system.
  • Can show your a written prospect list of at least 20.
  • Feels full ownership: " This is my business - I know exactly what to do."

🔁 THE DUPLICATION RULE

  • No matter the level, everything should feel like:
  • “I can do this… and I can show someone else how to do this.”
  • If it feels complicated → it won’t duplicate
    If it feels simple → it spreads

 

🔥 HOW YOU PRESENT THIS (IMPORTANT)

  • Don’t hand them a checklist like homework.
  • You walk them through it.
  • Example:
  • Instead of:
  • “Here’s what to do…”
  • You say:
  • “I’ve got a super simple game plan—we’ll just go step by step together. First thing, let’s make your list…”

  • Compress time.
  • Most people:
  • Think too long
  • Wait too long
  • Lose momentum
  • So your system becomes:
