Weeks 5–6: Build Depth. Create Stability. Increase Income

Now your team starts building their teams. Your structure becomes 1 → 2 → 4 = 7 active builders. What happens: Your 2 each sponsor their 2. Second level begins duplicating. You shift into leadership and support.

Why this matters: Wide teams break. Deep teams grow. Depth creates stability, stronger volume, and faster income growth. Why it becomes magnetic: Your people now see their own team growing and their own results increasing. That’s when excitement turns into commitment.

Measure: First full duplication layer complete.  Second level actively sponsoring. Leaders beginning to step up. This is where income starts to feel real.

Intention for weeks 5 & 6:

Complete the first full layers of duplication. Get your original 2 to each sponsor their 2 (now 1+2+4=7 people), and push the next level to start sponsoring so the tree starts paying.

Key Teachings & Activities:

  • Advanced Two Sponsor Two training: Focus on filling the second and third levels fast.
  • Teach simple leadership — handle objections, recognize action-takers, set weekly goals per leg.

Skills and daily actions needed to successfully move thru this module

  • Run team exposures (bigger calls or local meets) so the whole group sees the vision.
  • Upgrade mindset: Move from “sponsoring people” to “building duplicating legs.”
  • Weekly reporting: Every person reports personal activity + down line activity on the Two Sponsor Two chart.

 

Measurable Success:

  • Your original 2 have each sponsored their 2 (first full duplication: 1 + 2 + 4 = 7 active).
  • Several people on the second level have begun sponsoring their own 2.
  • Team runs its own small trainings and one-on-ones with minimal help from you.
  • Volume metrics hitting plan targets (personal + group).
  • You can track and explain the entire current Two Sponsor Two tree across all legs.
