Weeks 3 & 4: Teach It. Duplicate It. Multiply Effort

Now everything changes. Instead of just you working, you now have 3 people in motion. What happens: You train your 2 using the exact same system. Same scripts, same actions, same structure. You run simple group calls and exposures.

Why this matters: If you do everything yourself, you own a job. If your people duplicate, you build a business. Why it spreads: People don’t copy what they hear. They copy what they see. Now they see a system that works, a leader they can follow, and results they can replicate.

Measure: Both people taking daily action. At least one starts sponsoring. Duplication is visible This is where your team is born.

Intention for Weeks 3 & 4:

Shift from doing it yourself to teaching your 2 to duplicate exactly what you just did. Build a tight, accountable group where everyone runs the same simple system.

Goals for weeks 3 & 4

Run your 2 through the identical Weeks 1-2 training (recordings + live calls).

  • Weekly team rhythm: Short 30-min meetings — win sharing, quick skill bite, Two Sponsor Two update, accountability.
  • Teach them how to do one-on-ones, invitations, and presentations the exact same way.

1. Your frist Tem call.  With only 3 of you you could just connect on a 3 way call.  Little larger group forming....Free Conference phone line.  I used this service for over for 8 years!

3. When you are jsut starting a team with 1 or 2 people you can use your 3 way calling feature on your phone! or FaceTime.

As your team grows you "may" want to consider a Zoom whre people can see you.  Not required.  As you look at this system, You will mainly be working with small groups. 2, then 4 more, then 16 more, and eventiually a group total of 32 where you have created duplicaton down 3 levels and will move on to another group.... Starting at 2 more enrollees.... and here we go again!

Measurable Success:

  • Both of your first-level distributors attend 80%+ of trainings and are actively contacting daily.
  • At least 1 of your 2 has already sponsored their own first 1-2 people.
  • You have led at least 2 group presentations with your team watching and participating.
  • Clear duplication visible: Your people use identical scripts, logs, and Two Sponsor Two visuals.

Don't under estimate pulling your pod together once per week on a team call/zoom.  There is a syenrgy that is created that ties these peole together.  This will grow the team faster and create a draft (like in cycling) that brings the the team mates who are taking a bit more time getting up to speed.  Both Joy & I are still connected to team mates from 20 years ago.
