The Duplication Outline
Weeks 1 & 2 I Just Sponsored My First 2
You go from “I’m not sure what to say to.... “I just sponsored my first two and I can show others how.” What happens? You learn the story, product, and simple presentation. You practice until it feels natural. You contact 10–15 people daily. You share the product consistently.
Why this matters: Confusion kills momentum. Clarity cretes action. Your first two signups build belief fast, prove the system works, and give you people to immediately train.
Measure: Personally sponsor 2 active builders. Confidently explain the system without notes. This is where your business starts.
Intention for Weeks 1 & 2:
Become razor-sharp on the Duplication 2 x 2, down 3 deep system and personally sponsor your first 2 serious builders. Focus on speed, simplicity, and ownership from day one so duplication can start immediately. Remember hHis is not only for you, but your new team whose going to be showing up quickly!
Weeks 3–4: Teach It. Duplicate It. Multiply Effort
Now everything changes. Instead of just you working, you now have 3 people in motion. What happens: You train your 2 using the exact same system. Same scripts, same actions, same structure. You run simple group calls and exposures
Why this matters: If you do everything yourself, you own a job. If your people duplicate, you build a business. Why it spreads: People don’t copy what they hear. They copy what they see. Now they see a system that works, a leader they can follow, and results they can replicate.
Measure: Both people taking daily action. At least one starts sponsoring. Duplication is visible This is where your team is born.
Intention for Weeks 3 &4:
Shift from doing it yourself to teaching your 2 to duplicate exactly what you just did. Build a tight, accountable group where everyone runs the same simple system.
Weeks 5–6: Build Depth. Create Stability. Increase Income
Now your team starts building their teams. Your structure becomes 1 → 2 → 4 = 7 active builders. What happens: Your 2 each sponsor their 2. Second level begins duplicating. You shift into leadership and support
Why this matters: Wide teams break. Deep teams grow. Depth creates stability, stronger volume, and faster income growth. Why it becomes magnetic: Your people now see their own team growing and their own results increasing. That’s when excitement turns into commitment.
Measure: First full duplication layer complete. Second level actively sponsoring. Leaders beginning to step up. This is where income starts to feel real.
Intention for weeks 5 & 6:
Complete the first full layers of duplication. Get your original 2 to each sponsor their 2 (now 1+2+4=7 people), and push the next level to start sponsoring so the tree starts paying.
Weeks 7–8: Lead It. Own It. Scale It
Now you transition from participant to leader. What happens: You run your own trainings. You guide new people through the system. You track growth and set new goals. You’re no longer following the system. You’re leading it.
Why this changes everything: Leaders who can duplicate leaders create exponential growth. One team becomes two. Two becomes three. And your time no longer limits your income.
Measure: One full 31-person structure in motion or close and growing. Consistent results being produced. You’ve guided at least one new person through the system. This is where your leverage begins.
Intention for Weeks 7 & 8
The distributor now owns a real, self-duplicating team. They can run the full 8-week process independently and are ready to scale multiple Two Sponsor Two trees.
